Time to Start Planning for Growth Again

Today's positive employment numbers signal that the recession is coming to an end. The Bureau of Labor Statistics latest Employment Situation report estimates that job losses were only 247,000 in July. The unemployment rate unexpectedly dropped to 9.4%.
